Also, diploma in Kathak Dance and a Junior Diploma in Hindustani music and have represented India in APSIG 2021 in SRI LANKA.
I do social services like distributing clothes, sanitary items, and food to the needy. I connect with people who are doing something in their lives so that I can inform them about the Prime Minister’s Mann ki Baat as I am an intern with the same.
The motto in my life is to spread peace in the form of mental happiness to as many people as possible.
As we say charity began at home and I am fortunate enough that my parents are my inspiration and it’s from them I learned this social service as a means to bring happiness to the lives of others and mine.
I started teaching for free when I was 18 years old(after my college routine) and since then only I have started doing yoga also free of cost. I was active in the community level since then but it was my exposure with GCED UNESCO-APCEIU selected as 50 global leaders of the world that got recognition at the world level and I started my journey in that respect, I took yoga classes internationally again free of cost.
My mother is my Yoga guru who taught me Yoga and it’s with her that I started the yoga classes, as we thought why not deliver things to every needy one who is in need instead of just holding on tight with us we started this yoga class and have been running it successfully since 9 years.
In GCED I got the chance to start a national-level workshop titled -MANAN from all over India 25 participants were there and had 21 days of workshops with us this workshop was for mental peace and stability in the world of the Internet, and I got featured in the wall of UNESCO for the same.
I am currently working as an intern with MyGOV India and because of this platform,
I got a chance to connect with people from diverse fields and getting chance to bring out their stories to everyone. It was during this initiative that I went village to village searching for people so that they could be featured in Mann ki Baat done by the Honorable PM of India.
I do provide monetary support also to the person in need and mental health and SDG are the two main agendas I have planned to work on I am working with youth to bring the issues that exist in present-day society and inculcate activities in their life to boost SDG-related work.
I would like to say that me if women want empowerment to do anything or achieve anything in their lives, not only as an entrepreneurs or rather anything then the power is within ourselves, no one and no condition can stop us until and unless we are ready to stop. Women empowerment according to me is empowering ourselves in such a way that we can empower everyone no matter the gender because if we won’t stand up for ourselves no one else will.
My motto in life is :
